One office, seven site teams
Most contractors do one thing. That is fine until a project needs three of them at once, and the client ends up coordinating between vendors who each blame the other for the delay.
We built the firm the other way around. Scrap procurement, demolition, labour supply, fencing, interiors, glass and wallpaper, and civil work are all executed in-house, each with its own supervision, all reporting to one coordinator.
The practical result is a shorter vendor list, one point of accountability, and a single set of records at the end of the job.
