Where this applies
- Industrial sheds & structures
- Office and retail fit-outs
- Residential and commercial buildings
- Compound walls and site structures
Demolition is planned work, not rough work. Every job starts with a survey of the structure, the services running through it and the access available for removal — then a sequence that keeps the site safe and the surrounding area undisturbed.
Salvageable material is separated and accounted for rather than lost in the rubble, which usually improves the commercial position on the job.
Scope of work
- Controlled dismantling of structures, sheds and fit-outs
- Soft strip of interiors before civil demolition
- Deployment of trained demolition manpower and supervision
- Segregation and salvage of reusable material
- Debris breaking, loading and site clearance
- Safety barricading and protection of adjoining areas
- Scheduling around working hours to limit disruption
Demolition is frequently combined with our scrap & e-waste vertical, so removal and buy-back are handled by one team.
