2. Scope of Services
Rayyan Enterprises provides services across seven verticals: Scrap & E-Waste Management, Demolition Work, Labour Supply, Fencing Work, Interior Work, Glass & Wallpaper Work, and Civil Work. The specific scope of work for each project is detailed in the quotation and agreed upon in writing before commencement.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for the period specified therein. Quotations are itemised to clearly show included and excluded items. Prices are based on the scope assessed at the time of quotation and may be adjusted if the scope changes. Any variation will be documented and agreed upon in writing before execution.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the quotation and project agreement. Typically, payments are structured around project milestones. Late payments may attract interest and may affect project timelines. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not made as per agreed terms.
5. Site Access and Safety
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the work site. Rayyan Enterprises maintains safety standards as per regulatory requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the site conditions allow for safe execution of the work. Any hazards must be communicated to us before work begins.
6. Timeline and Delays
Project timelines are provided based on the assessed scope and working conditions. We commit to the agreed timelines but may require adjustments if site conditions change, if materials are delayed, or if scope changes occur. Such adjustments will be communicated in writing.
7. Materials and Equipment
Unless otherwise specified, materials and equipment required for the work are provided by Rayyan Enterprises. Clients may choose to provide specific materials, in which case they must ensure they meet required specifications and are available at the site when needed.
8. Warranty and Liability
Rayyan Enterprises warrants workmanship for the period specified in the project agreement. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or issues caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
9. Force Majeure
Rayyan Enterprises is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Cancellation and Termination
Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment for work completed and materials procured. Rayyan Enterprises reserves the right to terminate the agreement if terms are breached or if site conditions become unsafe.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, specifications, and other intellectual property created by Rayyan Enterprises remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted a license to use these materials for the specific project only.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through arbitration as per the laws of [your jurisdiction].
13. Compliance and Documentation
Rayyan Enterprises maintains all necessary licences and documentation for the services provided, particularly for regulated activities like scrap and e-waste management. Clients agree to cooperate in providing any required information for regulatory compliance.
14. Amendments to Terms
Rayyan Enterprises reserves the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued engagement of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
